The rules for using Directix. Last updated 2 November 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and Directix Technologies ("we", "us"), the operator of Directix. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Directix connects to a brokerage account that you own, reads market and account information through that broker's interface, and displays charts, indicators, scores, order-block zones, flow views, a trading journal and reports. It is a read-only display tool. It does not execute, modify or cancel orders, and it does not hold your money or securities.
Nothing shown or sent by Directix is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, a recommendation, a research report or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. Labels such as "bullish", "bearish", "zone" or "score" are automated descriptions of past and current data, not predictions. We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst, and we do not communicate with users about what to trade.
You authorise Directix to use the credentials or tokens you provide solely to fetch your own data. Saved credentials are encrypted at rest, and you can disconnect or erase them at any time from the Account page. Your broker's own terms continue to apply, and you are responsible for any limits, charges or restrictions your broker applies to API use. We are not responsible for outages, delays or changes on the broker's side.
New accounts may receive a free trial. After that, access is a subscription billed monthly, every 6 months or yearly, as you choose, at the prices on the Plans page (currently ₹799 a month, ₹4,199 for 6 months or ₹7,199 a year, inclusive of applicable taxes). The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and the same amount is charged to the payment method you authorised, until you cancel. You will be reminded before each renewal. You can stop auto-renewal any time by cancelling the mandate in your UPI app or bank, or by emailing us from your registered email (we act within 1 working day); the steps are on the Plans page. Access then continues until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charge is made. Payments are handled by a third-party payment gateway, and we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices and plans may change for future purchases.
Payments are final and non-refundable, as set out in the Refund policy.
Do not: share, resell or publicly redistribute your access or the data displayed; scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service; try to access other users' data; use the service for anything unlawful; or attempt to bypass plan limits. We may suspend or end access for breaches, without refund.
Information is derived from third-party feeds and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Calculations can contain mistakes. The service may pause for maintenance, rate limits, broker or network problems, or at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The software, design, text and analytics methods are ours or our licensors'. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your own trading analysis. Market data remains the property of the exchanges and your broker.
Trading in securities, and especially in futures and options, carries a high risk of loss, including loss greater than your initial capital. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, missed opportunity or indirect or consequential damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
You can stop using Directix and delete your account whenever you like. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may end accounts that breach these terms.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Indian law applies. Courts at the location of our registered office have jurisdiction, after you have first tried to resolve the matter with us through the contact below.
