Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: your email address and sign-in activity (codes are stored only as one-way hashes). If you use Google sign-in, we receive your email and name from Google.
• Plan: trial and payment dates, amounts and payment reference numbers from our gateway.
• Broker connection: the broker you choose and, if you tick "remember", your credentials in encrypted form. Through the connection we read quotes, candles, positions and profit-and-loss for your account in order to show them to you.
• Your journal: entries and CSV files you add, and daily profit-and-loss snapshots we save so your calendar can show past days.
• Basic usage: which pages are opened, so we can fix problems and improve the product. We do not run advertising trackers.

What we do not collect

Card, UPI or bank details (handled entirely by the payment gateway), your phone contacts, or your location.

How we use it

To sign you in, run your dashboard, keep your plan accurate, send service emails such as login codes, prevent abuse, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal data and do not use your trading data for anything except showing it to you.

Who it is shared with

Only service providers needed to run the product: hosting, email delivery, the payment gateway and your broker (to which your own requests go). They may process data only for those purposes. We may disclose information if a law or a valid legal order requires it.

Security

Connections use HTTPS, broker secrets are encrypted at rest, sessions are signed, and engines for inactive users are paused. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong email password and keep your broker credentials private.

Retention and your control

From the Account page you can disconnect your broker, erase saved credentials and delete your account along with its journal data. Payment records may be kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to access, correct or erase your data and may withdraw consent. Write to the contact below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.
